• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Road/River Transport Service Provider. Remarks and special condition: All offers must meet the terms and conditions specified in the tender document. The quality and capacity must be in line with the specifications stated in this tender. • WHH holds the right to make slight changes to the technical specifications and quantities provided. • In case an alternative to the specified items is offered, the supplier must clearly indicate the specification and document extensively. • Suppliers must indicate the current location and availability of the trucks / boats offered. • Supplies are obliged to indicate the location of product offered for first or third-party inspection and verification. • Delivery location for all products/supplies will be from Juba to WHH Offices in Bentiu, - Rebkona, Nyamlel & Aweil - NBeG, Yambio and Yei in Western Equatoria, Torit - Eastern Equatoria, Ganyliel & Nyal- Panyijair County and Rumbek / Bor (Log Cluster Warehouse). Other location might be Bor WFP Log. Cluster Compound for further delivery to the field. Transportation will be negotiated with the chosen supplier to these locations. • There must be available truck or boat for shipment at least at a notice of three days with a Contract or by email and then a Contract would follow. • Prices quoted are valid for one (1) year and cannot be changed during the contractual preriod and is guaranteed by the service provider.. • Prices quoted should not include loading and off -loading). • The tender is divided into Nine (9) Lots. A service provider can bid for one (1) or all lots, a lot is considered undivided and cannot be split. WHH will award the contract to one supplier/service provider who provides the best value for money. Documents: Following documents must be submitted on or before tender closing: ➢ Tender document (signed, stamped and dated) ➢ Written/printed quotation on company-s letter head including specification. ➢ Validity of offer, delivery time, quantity of trucks/boats, and their locations. ➢ WHH Suppliers declaration form (refer to Annex I, 2 pages) signed, dated and stamped. ➢ Valid Business registration ➢ Tax clearance Certificate 2021 ➢ Valid Operation Licence 2021 ➢ Tax Identification Certificate (Valid) ➢ Truck/Boat Log books / Licences (In the name of the company. If not, Memorandum of Understanding must be attached). ➢ Licence for River Transport Operation (Only for water transport). ➢ Permit / Licence to operate transportation of goods by road. ➢ List of references with similar business (Preferably INGOs) ➢ Price guarantee for One (1) year. (But there will be negotiation when need be) ➢ Company Profile ➢ Payment terms & Conditions ➢ All other legal documents for operating road and river transport business. Following documents must be submitted with the invoice: ➢ Original invoice ➢ Supplier delivery note (originals, signed and stamped by the consignee as indicated on the PO/Contract) ➢ WHH Goods Received Note and delivery note (Original signed and stamp). ➢ Bank details (Supplies bank account must be in the Country the Company is legally registered). 4 Evaluation and Award Criteria: Best value for money approach, which is a combination of price, quality and availability. ➢ Price 50% ➢ Delivery schedule/condition/availability 50% The assigned points per criterion listed above will be calculated in reference to the obtained proportion from the best offers criteria-s results in comparison to the offered value per criteria multiplied by 10 in order to obtain a grading scale per criteria in between 1 to 10 points per ranking criteria.
