Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Internet Service. a. Technical Proposal with the following details i. Evidence of approval from relevant authority to provide internet service in South Sudan. ii. Capacity and resources available to deliver internet in Aweil Office, Aweil Centre, Aweil South CHD, Aweil Hospital and Aweil MoH including all equipment ie complete V-Sat Dish. iii. Capacity to provide fibre internet to Juba office with a backup from wi-max in case of fibre cut. iv. Details of ongoing support both remotely and on the ground as required. v. Acceptance of the proposed payment terms b. Pricing proposal, with total cost estimate for the products or services, and including a breakdown of all assessment, equipment, installation, and ongoing support and running costs. The running costs must include a breakdown of the requirements as outlined in section C, as well as other packages offered by the supplier including upload and download speeds and the relevant contention ratios as well as minimum guaranteed bandwidth per package. 12. The vendor is required to provide quotation for a complete internet installation in Juba office, Aweil Office, Aweil State hospital, Aweil South CHD and Aweil Centre CHD, Aweil East CHD, Aweil West CHD and Aweil North CHD which should include all equipment that MC will be using during the contract period. The equipment MUST be provided on loan - Malaria Consortium will not be purchasing any equipment; this will be required until the contract end period. Ideally the equipment will allow bandwidth to be increased if required without needing to replace the equipment. Please indicate the maximum bandwidth the equipment will be able to support if a bandwidth increase is required in the future. The equipment will include all items required to provide an internet connection (UTP) suitable for Malaria Consortium to connect to our own Cisco Meraki MX65W security appliance (firewall, traffic management and Wi-Fi).
