Quotation are invited for Provision of Food Items 01 Maize Floor of 50kgs 1050 02 Beans 50 Kgs 1050 03 Sugar 50 Kgs 1300 04 Cooking Oils Jarcan 500 Organization Global Assistance is a humanitarian relief throughout the world. Our primary efforts are to assist our global community in addressing the needs for foods and nonfoods, youth empowerment activities items and others humanitarian aid in the neediest areas of the world. Global Assistance was founded in 1991. We are currently implementing the project on Strengthening youth-s groups to acquire cooperative saving skills geared towards increasing productivity and sustainability while responding to the very vulnerable with food items and cash transfer. The project goal is to save lives of conflict affected communities through cash transfers. Selection Criteria Registered companies authorized to supply foods in South Sudan  Wide experience in the supply of food within South Sudan.  References from other NGOs or recognized bodies available upon request  Shortest duration of implementation and immediate availability  Lowest price  Bank Statement for the last three months  Copy of certificate of in cooperation  Copy of certificate Chamber of Commerce  Copy of Tax Certificate or Tax Identification Number Dateline This is an urgent invitation to bid. The deadline for the submission of bids is November 11th , 2022, at 5:00 am. Late submissions will be subjected to disqualification. Notification of results Only a successful bidder will be contacted. If you do not receive any communication from GA within next two (2) weeks, consider your bid unsuccessful.
