Description:
Quotation are invited for Procurement of Standardized Kits for Youth serving, and Youth led Organization. The purpose of this letter is to invite prospective Offerors to submit a quotations for any of the four lots that form standardized kits as detailed below: A potential Offeror may submit a quotation for one (1) or more lots including all four (4) lots. The price of this quotation is for 4 different lots i.e., 1. Lot No. 01: Household Items 2. Lot No. 02: Solarization & Electronic Equipment 3. Lot No. 03: Computerized Equipment 4. Lot No. 04: Stationery + Children Playing Equipment Delivery Terms: 05 working days after signing of Purchase Order. If the delivery time is not possible, please propose an alternative delivery schedule but make sure that the delivery needs to be done before September 10, 2023. All equipment purchased for the kits must be delivered to: to EDC Office Afex River Complex . deadline date and time, 28 August 2023, 16:00 South Sudan Time.
