- 1.The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby invites Expression of Interest(EoI) from interested business companies who hold Certificates of Incorporation from the relevant Authorities in the Republic of South Sudan to be invited in the upcoming Procurement Business Seminar to be held in Juba. Dates to be confirmed. Women owned businesses and businesses owned by people with disability are encouraged to participate. 2.The main objective of this Business Seminar is to build capacity of South Sudanese entities that wish to do business with the UN.The seminar will explain the process of registration, how to participate in the UN bidding/tendering processes and the overview of the UN Procurement Polices, Procedures and Guidelines amongst many others.Specific Requirements/Information3.Interested companies are invited to submit their interest by email, courier or hand delivery to the below address. The EoI must include, as a minimum, the following information:a.Legal name of your company.b.Company email address and mobile number.c.Name of the company representative/focal point.d.Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Company Registration with GoSS.e.UNGM Number if available.f. To confirm whether it is a woman owned business(50%)g.
