The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter "UNOPS") invites you to submit documents for Pre-qualification of Suppliers for the supply of agricultural hand tools, PPEs and related materials This Pre-qualification is a formal method of assessing an organization against a set of pre-determined criteria. This process is not related to a specific solicitation process and focuses on a general assessment of an organization's operational, personnel capabilities, and internal processes, including internal quality management and financial health.While this process is not directly related to a solicitation process, UNOPS may use the results of this PQ exercise to create a shortlist of suppliers of tools, PPEs, and related materials that may be invited to submit a quotations and bids. All relevant information can be found in this Pre-Qualification Notice as well as in the documents attached in the "Documents" section:- Instructions to Prospective Bidders (Section I)- Evaluation Method and Criteria (Section II);- Returnable Proposal Schedules (Section III);IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
