Country: South Sudan Description of the Assignment: UNDP/Global Fund Project is looking for an international consultant to support the national Ministry of Health and partners to update policies, strategies, guidelines, and tools in line with global and regional standards and within the context of South Sudan. Scope of work will include working in collaboration with MOH national AIDS / STI / Hepatitis control programme, Reproductive Health programmes and technical working groups: To consult with National and State Ministries of Health, key partners, providers and key populations on situation, policy, strategies, systems, plans, and standards of practice.To facilitate consensus meeting to discuss key updates, approaches, and designs. To support revision/update of EMTCT and pediatric HIV operational package including job aides, tools, and training materials. To organize and facilitate the dissemination of the updated EMTCT and pediatric HIV package to key stakeholders (civil society, private practitioners, partners, key technical staff, HCWs, key populations).
