- The project includes the following components:Urban Sanitation System Development: This component with focus on Rehabilitation of the existing two ponds; construction of 2 grit removal chamber, Rehabilitation & construction of new receiving Tank, installation of a multi-disc screw press system for drying the sludge, installation of photovoltaic solar power system and construction of sanitation facilities,Institutional strengthening: This component covers Capacity Building through trainings, retooling and equipping the PIU as well as Auditing of critical areas,Project Management: This component will address project management costs of the project implementation team, audit requirements, office logistics and communication.
