Quotation are invited for Drilling Borehole in KajoKeji 1 Mobilization/demobilization of personnel, materials and equipment to the drilling site. 1 Ls 2 Geophysical survey performs VES ground water survey, report before drilling commencement and clearing bushes at the drilling site. 1 N/A 3 Drilling borehole at suitable diameter of 6.5" with depth of 120m or depending on geophysical survey and perform lithological logging and provide complete. Report. 120 Meter 4 Supply and install 5" internal diameter UPVC casing 30 plain and 10 screened casing according to the aquifer-s placements, gravel pack analysis and packing properly 120 Ps 5 Well development to remove debris from the borehole and Step draw pumping test/constant discharge test (well development) and provide a report on the pumping test in the general report 6 hr. 6 Install pedestal with concrete mixture of 1:2:3 ratio, including based wire mesh. 1 stand Construct a circular platform with drainage channel measuring 6m long, with gradient/slope of 2 including soak pit measuring 0.8x0.8x0.5m. With the following ratio 1:2:3. 1 N/A 8 Construct a slanting standing platform either by concrete or bricks as shown in the drawings that's to support persons with wheelchair accessing the pump handle. 1 N/A 9 Supply and Install UPVC threaded plastic rising main pipe 3" with stainless connecting rods. 39 Pcs 10 Supply and install pump cylinder of Indian Mark 11 or extra deep (Mk111). 1 Pcs 11 Supply and install pump head with accessories (including handle), the water tanks and spout (water outlet) should be fabricated such that the spout and the pump handle are in 90° to each other, to enable holding of water container and pumping at the same time. 1 Ass 12 Conduct borehole water chemical analysis to determine its suitability for drinking that would meet WHO water standards. 1 NA 13 Transportation of materials 1 Trip 14 Supply and Installation of metallic visibility sign post measuring 120*90 cm, artwork shall be provided. 1 Pc
