IntroductionThis terms of Request for Proposal is targeted for each of the project-covered states, namely, Eastern Equatoria State, Western Equatoria State, Northern Bahr El Ghazal, and Upper Nile State for the provision of Service provider (National NGOs/CSOs/Firm) to deliver institutional capacity and business development services to Rural Producer Organizations (APGs, RPOs, VSLAs, SACCOs, MSEs, and Cooperatives) in South Sudan. In this regard, any submission shall be specific for each state.
