Country: South Sudan Description of the Assignment: UNDP Global Fund Project is recruiting International Consultant to support the Ministry of Health for to update the national HIV Testing services guidelines and training materials: More specifically the assignment is designed to: . Update existing guidelines, tools, and training package with new guidance for HIV Testing Service among priority populations and age groups. . Evaluate and integrate various new HIV Testing Service approaches appropriate for the epidemic context, population groups, humanitarian settings, health, and community systems in South Sudan . Strengthen link between HIV testing service to prevention, treatment, and care services. . Provide guidance to ensure the accuracy of test results and support improvement of the quality of HIV testing service in line with the new HIV testing strategy/ algorithm appropriate for diagnosis HIV in the country.Period of assignment/services April 2024 to June 2025.
