Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Catering & Bread Making, Milk Bar & Milk Value addition. Term of Reference (TOR) -For Provision training to young women on catering. bakery, and cooking 1.) Background Cordaid has been working in what is South Sudan since 2000. initially through partnerships with local organizations and the Catholic Church in Upper Nile, Juba and Western Equatoria states. In 2012, we commenced direct implementation of humanitarian and livelihoods security projects in the country. Our current South Sudan portfolio covers health care (including nutrition), resilience, security & justice, lobby & advocacy, and humanitarian aid. 2.) Objectives of the consultancy work The main Objective of this consultancy work is to provide practical cooking. Bakery for 66 young women and equip them with the skill. , and catering training 2.1) Specific Objectives a) To provide cooking skill training to 66 young women for 60 days b) To provided catering skill training for 66 young women for 60 days 3.) Scope of work 3.1.) Type and number of trainees • 66 young women from Fashoda, Makal and Manyo. Most of them are not educated
