• Tenders are invited for Construction Works in Ezo County of Western Equatoria state- INTERSOS SSD 1. Publication reference: LOT/41/003/201/22 2. Procedure: Local open tender. 3. Financing: South Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SSHF) 5. Contracting Authority: INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization. 6. Contract specifications: The bids are called for the construction of 6 TLS Blocks, Construction of 6 Block of semi permanent pit latrines with 03 stances and Supply of 480 moveble Classroom desk - each desk has a bench attached to it. The tender is divided into three lots. 7. Eligibility: Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons (individually or in a grouping - consortium - of tenderers) which are effectively established in South Sudan and registered by ministry of Justice. 8. Grounds for exclusion: Tenderers must submit a signed declaration, included in the Tender Form, to the effect that they are not in any of the exclusion situations. Tenderers included in the lists of donors- restrictive measures at the moment of the award decision will be excluded. 9. Number of tenders: Tenderers can tender for either one or all Lots. Tenders for parts of a Lot will not be considered. Any tenderer may state in its tender that it would offer a discount if its tender is accepted for more than one Lot. Tenderers may not submit a tender for a variant solution in addition to their tender for the works required in the tender dossier. 10. Tender guarantee: No tender guarantee is required. 11. Performance guarantee: No performance guarantee is required. 12. Site visit: No site visit is required. 13. Tender validity: Tenders must remain valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission. 14. Period of implementation of tasks: 6 weeks from the contract signature date. Penalties will be applied. 15. Selection criteria: The most economically advantageous and technically compliant tender will be selected. 16. Award criteria: The most economically advantageous tender is the technically compliant tender with the best price-quality ratio. The technical evaluation will weight 60% and the financial evaluation 40%. 17. How to obtain the tender dossier: The tender dossier is available from the Contracting Authority-s website (https://www.intersos.org/en/tender/). 18. Tenderers with questions regarding this tender should send them in writing to: tenders.ross@intersos.org (mentioning the publication reference shown in item 1) at least eight calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority must reply to all tenderers' questions at least ten calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Eventual clarifications or minor changes to the tender dossier shall be published at the latest fourteen calendar days before the submission deadline for submissions. 19. Deadline for submission of tenders: The deadline for submission of tenders is on the 5th of April 2022 at 16h00. Any tender received by the Contracting Authority after this deadline will not be considered. 20. Tender opening session: Tenders will be open in Public in presence of Tenderers participants 21. Language of the procedure: All written communications for this tender procedure and contract must be in English.
