- Tenders are invited for Construction of 250 Emergency Family Shelter & 50 Semi Transitional Shelter in Jonglei and 10 stance VIP latrine in Juba, South Sudan.
1. Humanity Worldwide (HWW) has set aside funds to be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this request for bid is issued.
2. Eligible Bidders are hereby invited to obtain the Request for Bids (RFB) document by expressing interest to HWW Procurement Office: procurement@humanity-worldwide.org with the subject HWW/SS/RFB/27/2025.
3. All bids in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “RFB No. HWW/SS/RFB/27/2025 must be delivered and drop at the tender box in HWW office in Juba or Bor in South Sudan as outlined in the RFB. Bids submitted by any other means shall not be accepted.
4. The bid documents and supplementary documentation must be received not later than November 14th 2025 at 10:00am Juba Time.
5. Late bids, portion of bids shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
