Tenders are invited for Conducting Intra Action Review for Hepatitis E Outbreak Response in Bentiu IDP Camp Consultant Deliverables • Review the ongoing HEV outbreak response in Benitu IDP camp • Organize a workshop to orient key stakeholders on methodology on conducting IAR as per WHO standard. • Prepare and organize FGD, Key Informant Interview to be held with major stakeholders and partners including World Health Organization (WHO) involved in the HEV outbreak response. • Prepare and develop a HEV response intra action review (IAR) report working in close consultation with WHO, health cluster, health partners and technical team, Qualifications of Successful Candidate • Degree on any relevant health or public health. Master-s in field epidemiology is mandatory. • Three years- related professional experience, managing or providing technical advice in both clinical and public health programs in an emergency setting. • Three years- experience in hardship postings or complex emergencies, with proven leadership experience. • Able to work in a fluid and insecure area • Mature and able to adjust to harsh living conditions. • A team leader with relevant academic qualification as per the job assigned. • Solid understanding of and documented work experience in conducting studies and researches. • Good facilitating, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills.
