Special Remarks and Conditions: • Bidders must have the financial capability needed to pre-finance the payment. • Security, transportation, accommodation to and from project sites will be cover by the company. • Bidders must provide a detailed implementation plan or mechanism on how they intend to accomplish said activity. • Interested bidders must be registered, and holder of a valid permits licensed to operate as a FSP from Bank of South Sudan (BOSS) and clearances as is required by the law of South Sudan and the following qualification and expertise: o Adequate number of support staff to ensure service delivery and in time. o Financial capability and capacity o Insurance coverage for staff and funds. o Cash to be delivery to WHH cannot be worn out or torn, preferably new notes. o Successful bidder must be registered with the Bank of South Sudan and holds a valid permit. o It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to acquire the necessary permits for transport of cash to the field as it is required according to the law of South Sudan. Documents: Following documents must be submitted before tender closing: • Financial offer (price/commission) • Filled, signed and stamped tender document (including Form 1,2 &3 and Annexes) • Must have Valid permit from Bank of South Sudan (Bidders without this document is automatically disqualified • Registration document and clearances required by the law of South Sudan • Work plan on how to achieve its implementation goal • Valid Business registration, Tax Clearance and all relevant document issued by the government of South Sudan. • Company profile and licence/legal permits • Letter of recommendation from the bidder-s bank, and current financial/bank statement • Financial/bank statement ie Balance Sheet and Audit report • List of reference or letter of recommendation for similar works for the past six months. With valid email address, mobile numbers etc. • WHH Supplier qualification form (annex I) • Letter of confirmation for pre-financing of the project • List of locations currently operating • Organizational structure • List of key staff and CV/ qualification. • Completion of assignment report, if any.
